Schadensersatzforderungen stellen, weder gegen den Programmierer Rolf Oster, noch gegen Google.
Der Kaufpreis kann nur im Rahmen der standardmäßig gültigen Widerrufsfrist von Google erstattet werden. Danach
besteht kein Recht auf Kaufpreiserstattung.

By purchasing the app and using it, you explicitly agree that you will not make any claims for damages, neither against the programmer Rolf Oster, nor against Google.
The purchase price can only be refunded by Google within the standard cancellation period. After this period, there is no right to a refund of the purchase price.
